As part of the Learning In Residence program, the staff asked the students to write down their thoughts about "What I enjoy about being in the residence"? This information was collected and is being reviewed by the staff, to ensure they build an enjoyable and safe environment for the residents.
The students really embraced the challenge - some points shared were:
- I get to complete my assessments alongside my peers
- Help from older student with work
- Being constantly accountable for my work
- Being able to live with people my age, especially on weekends
- Youth Group
- The close friendships
